Have you ever seen the movie “What about Bob?” There is a scene where Bob is tied to the front of a sailboat, literally tied and completely immobile. To anyone and everyone within hearing distance he shouted “I’m sailing, I’m sailing!” I feel a bit like Bob right now. Completely tied to all the tutorial blogging videos but yet trying something completely new and out of the box for me. “I’m blogging, I’m blogging.” Not sure if I am ready to go out on my own yet or if I still need to British tutorial video voice helping me out. Scary stuff!
It has been just three years since Ames & Beans opened its door and it has grown leaps and bounds not to mention beyond my wildest expectations! This time of year is crazy for Ames & Beans. We have more weddings then we have ever had and it is a complete joy. I always feel like I am such a part of the wedding when I send the invites out the door with the bride. But don’t worry I have yet to show up at a wedding without an invite so at least I still know my boundaries!!!! Heehee Seriously that is one great thing about running the business by appointment. I can give one on one attention to my customers and I love that! It is very personal around here and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
