Founded by Julie Maassen, Est. 2005
Originally serving family and friends, Ames & Beans rapidly grew into a business that the Maassen home could no longer house. Subsequent to renovations within the Maassen property, "the little stationery shop in the woods" was relocated to an old smoke house built in the 1800s. With the help of the little hands of Annabelle, Tripp and Julie's biggest cheerleader, Amy "Ames" Berendzen, Ames & Beans has grown into a stationery studio specializing in custom-designed invitations as well as purses, jewelry and related small gift items.
